This is the coast just past Aberdeen, Washington, about 2 or so hours from where we live. That white stuff isn't snow, it's froth from the ocean. He was having alot of fun with the waves... the water would go out and he would run out as far as he could and then have to run as fast as he could away from it as the next wave came in... hours and hours of fun. The are tsunami warnings all over the place around here.
