I can't remember what the story behind this is, all I know is that Jerome got this bust of Queen Victoria somewhere, and one drunk night, someone found her pretty attractive.
He had just recently cut his long hair off, and was going for some kind of height record with it.
One of many memorable evenings at that apartment.
